Which strategy (or combination of strategies) do you think makes most sense to implement in retainer to drug crime?

The strategy that I think is the is most efficient is when police drive around the city just on patrol. In my opinion it makes people feel more safe knowing that police are on the look out. Too other people it may make them feel that unsafe thinking that police are searching for something or someone bad. With police patrolling around it's easier for them to catch some illegal that's going on which makes it a safer place for people live
