Summary: Section 17 which is the protection of pregnant mothers and unborn children. I think this case takes place in Colorado. This is one of the topics that needed a new law or some amendments added for change. It has been concluded that abortions are considered homicide "for killing the unborn". The criminal code in Colorado is now including the death of unborn human beings. So now there will be punishments for abortions.
Questions:
What is your opinion on abortions?
Do agree what with this article is saying and why?
Do you feel that this type of situation (abortion) should have a punishment?
