Mr. Aufiero: Blog post: look up and explain eminent domain (no copy and pasting!) - is this fair or unfair? Why/why not?

Eminent domain is when the government has the right to take away private property for public. I do not think it is fair to take away private property for public use especially if you own this property. Why should you have to find a new place just because the state needs that property, I don't think it is fair at all
